IS THIS ACCOMMODATION SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?

No, as much as we love children, The Point Whitsundays is not geared for toddlers or children.  Babies not yet crawling yet may be considered.

SHOULD I HIRE A CAR? 

It's nice to have your own transport to make the most of your visit to the Whitsundays.  Don’t want to rent a car? No problem, we are just 8km from Airlie and there are taxis and private drivers to get you around, some tour companies even offer pickup. We have a neighnbour who has a rental vehicle so if you decide you'd like to rent a car for a day you can rent one from a few doors up if it's available.

IS SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY?

No, but you are welcome to smoke in the cul-de-sac.

CAN I INVITE OTHERS TO THE PROPERTY?

No. The property is for the enjoyment of registered guests only. Maximum of two people. Exceptions apply – If you'd like to have a marriage celebrant attend for example.

IS THERE A MASSAGE TABLE PERMANENTLY AT THE PROPERTY?

No. There are two mobile massage therapists who regularly visit , they prefer to use their own massage tables.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION AND DATE CHANGE POLICY?

Up to 30 days before check-in: 100% refund and date changes are possible. 

29–14 days before check-in: 50% refund* and date changes are possible. 

13–7 days before check-in: 50% refund* and no date changes.

Less than 7 dates from check-in: 0% refund* and no date changes.

*Life happens, we understand!  If we can sell your dates then we can refund to you what was earned from the replacement booking.

ARE THERE ANY CLEANING FEES?

Yes, our cleaner charges $200 for stays of 2 nights or more, or $150 for 1 night stays
